Dear EC Users,
In honor of Top Dropper Day, I would like to feature those blogs who visit me on a regular basis. Whether it’s because you like what I write, because I drop on you, or because my page loads fast, who the heck cares, you came, some of you left comments, and I appreciate each and every one of you (especially those who left comments). While I am honored to recognize my top droppers, I will soon be checking into that top commenter widget so many of you have and getting that on here soon. I have other blogs that have a lot of posts and some comments, this blog actually has more comments than it does posts. Exciting as that is, I’ll be working on more posts so you can leave even more comments. Someday, maybe I can be as famous as Kathy over at The Junk Drawer.
With appreciation and bloggy love, here are my top Droppers for January.

Visit them all and make sure to continue visiting me. I’m striving to get readers like my top dropper. Thanks Kathy for visiting every day and for being an inspiration to us all.

Dear Ben,
I really appreciate all the help you gave me yesterday with trying to get my EC on the main page of this blog. I apologize for my inability to get it right the first time, causing you all the grief, and my apparent “breech of contract” by setting up different accounts for the same blog while attempting to fix the problem on my own. I usually like to do things on my own, even if I don’t really know how, so as not to “bother” others. You were thorough in explaining the situation and what needed to be done. You were right there on e-mail when I sent you my response and replied as if I was the only one you were helping. I think we traded 10 total e-mails between us and the situation was rectified in under 10 minutes. I truly believe that this would have taken days if not weeks with any one else or another company.
Your customer service is beyond exceptional and you should be commended. I will share my experience with anyone who will listen.
Sincerely,
Fan of Ben at EC

Dear Google,
I’ve been reading a LOT about you lately. Congrats on celebrating your 10 year Anniversary. I’m sure a LOT of hard work has been put in over the years to get you guys where you are today. You also recently launched Chrome, and even with the unfortunate mishap in the wording of the original “agreement” I’m sure you guys will rectify it and regain the loyal customers who may have been scared off from the original wording.
Anyway, you are my favorite search engine and I just wanted to give you a heads up. It has been brought to my attention that you are NOT the search for EVERYTHING. I saw this sign on my way to drop Hubby off at work and just thought you would want to be made aware of it. I’m sure your “higher ups” will want to get working on this right away.
Sincerely,
A Google Fan
Picture isn’t that clear as I was driving by at the time. It’s on a Church sign and says
“GOOGLE CAN’T SATISFY EVERY SEARCH”

Dear Ob-Gyn’s,
I sincerely appreciate all you do for all us ladies. I’m sure your job is quite stressful at times as well as possibly quite disgusting, you are truly dedicated people who ensure our “hoo-hoo’s” (my 2 year old’s term for hers) are well looked after.
Childbirth is a miracle, and what you do to support us up to the event as well as during is miraculous as well. Technology has come so far in the past 40 years. My MIL wasn’t even awake during the birth of her only child. I couldn’t't imagine not being a part of that process. Pregnancy tests now come with a digital readout, although for those that get that one because they can’t figure out the +/- or the double -, I really hope the digital reads “negative”, just my opinion though. We have all sorts of great “drugs” to numb the pain, and I am truly grateful for those. We now have birthing “rooms”, fully equipped with a bed for hubby (or mom, or friend), TV, and a jacuzzi tub. We are now encouraged to bring all sorts of relaxing things such as music, candles, and “focus” items. We can get 3 and 4D imaging of our baby while still in the womb, to see exactly what they look like. Every possible test is available to “prepare” us in the event that out child is not born “perfect”, although, I’m sure even the ones that aren’t, are perfect in their parents hearts.
With all this technology, and more to come, I have but one question…Is anything being done to update the method in which a women’s “dilation” is checked? I mean, seriously, there has to be something better than the current test that every member of the staff performs every 15 minutes. Please, while I do not plan on having any more children myself, for the others who will, lets spend a wee bit of time and thought, and a little cash, to develop some type of “gadget” to test this.
Peace,
